Consumer Subscription Cancellation Policy At Haiku Inc., we strive to provide valuable training experiences through our Haiku training platform and other Haiku products available to consumers. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible.
Cancellation Policy
1. Notice of Cancellation
- All cancellations require prior notice. For subscriptions canceled after a trial period, the account will be terminated before the next billing cycle, provided the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
2. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for charges from the current or previous billing periods.
3. Billing Terms
- Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or by other intervals. These cancellation terms apply to all consumer subscriptions, regardless of billing frequency.
4. Exceptions for Organizational Contracts
- For organizational clients, cancellation terms specified in contractual agreements with Haiku Inc. take precedence over this policy. This policy is subject to the laws of the state of Nevada and may be updated periodically.
